All classes are one hour long and are taught by trained instructors. Class consist of free play, warm ups, skill development stations, movement games and conditioning.  Students are placed  in classes according to ages and/or skill level. Every week we rearrange the gym in order to provide new challenges and experiences. Equipment includes American Ninja Warrior type equipment built for kids in such as the Warped Wall,Cliff Hanger, Swinging Rings and more!
